Missions Corner

Missionaries Tim & Sandra Smith ask for prayer for wisdom concerning, housing, car & school issues as they make plans for their furlough which starts in August.

After 3 weeks of work (10-14 hour days/7 days a week to finish the task), Missionary Dave Casement installed a radio station in Tanzania in January. As a result of the preaching broadcast on that station since then, when the pastor said he wanted to plant a church, 1,000 people showed up the first Sunday. When an invitation to receive Christ was given, 500 made a first time decision that day. Praise God! This station has a potential audience of 2-3 million people.

Amanda Watson will be going on a mission trip to Manta, Ecuador in July with a team from St. Paul’s Presbyterian Church. Please pray for her as they prepare to go. If you would like a prayer bookmark, call Carol Watson at 225-7780.
Praise & Prayer
AWC rejoices with Sheena Kennedy & Richard Piersma on their recent engagement! Pray for God’s rich blessings on this couple.
